Which seafood should we buy to help the fish not die out?

it says that you must only buy certain types of seafood, which ones?
And please don’t tell me none.

My brother and sister-in-law are both marine biologist and strong conservationists. They will not buy or eat fish that does not come from a fish farm where they are specifically bred for eating.
I don’t know how they find out where the fish come from but they live in Mississippi and maybe they have fish farms there.
I know that’s not much help, sorry.

Stay away from Chilean sea bass. That one is on the brink of going under because it is fished to death.
Cod is overfished. So is salmon. But they’re not going to die out.
Go for perch, walleye, and other freshwater fish.

Buy only those high in toxic chemicals, then when WE die out the fish will come back!!
