Fancy Banana Pudding Recipe- Big Daddy’s Seafood Market
If you are like me, then you think that every meal should at least have two parts to it; the main course and DESSERT! Most people tend to forget dessert, just because they feel it has to be a fancy affair that takes forever to make. Well I am here to tell you that you can get “fancy” with out all the fuss. Take a look at this Fancy Banana Pudding Recipe and you will not be disappointed. Instead of using your typical vanilla wafers for this banana pudding, we are using the Pepperidge Farm Chessman cookies. They add a special bit of flair to this little dish. What You Will Need:
2 bags Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies
6 to 8 bananas, sliced
2 cups milk
1 (5-ounce) box instant French vanilla pudding
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping thawed, or equal amount sweetened whipped cream
What You Will Need To Do:
First you will need to line the bottom of a thirteen by nine by two inch dish with one bag of Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies and then layer sliced bananas on top of them.
Now take a good sized bowl and combine your pudding mix and milk. Then you will blend it well. I find it best to use a handheld electric mixer. Now you will need to grab another bowl and combine the condensed milk and cream cheese together. You will mix this until it is smooth. Now, fold your whipped topping into your cream cheese mixture. Then add your cream cheese mixture to your pudding mixture. Make sure to stir until it is all well blended. Next pour the combined mixtures over your bananas and cookies and then cover it with your remaining cookies. Lastly refrigerate it until you are ready to serve. And of course enjoy!
