Marbled Cheesecake Brownies Recipe

What You Will Need:
For the brownie batter-
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
2 ounces of chopped unsweetened chocolate
1 cup of sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
2/3 cup of all-purpose flour
For the cheesecake batter-
8 ounces of soft cream cheese
1/3 cup of sugar
1 large egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
What To Do:
First, put the oven rack in middle and preheat your oven to 350°F. Then, butter your 8in square baking pan. Heat the butter and the chocolate in a three quart heavy saucepan over a moderately low heat, making sure to whisk occasionally, just until it is melted. Remove from the heat and whisk in your vanilla, sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt until mixed well. Whisk in the flour and spread in baking pan. Now, whisk together the cheesecake batter ingredients in a separate small bowl until they are smooth. Dollop over brownie batter, then swirl in with a knife or spatula. Bake everything until edges are slightly puffed and center is just set. This should take about thirty-five minutes. Let cool, serve and enjoy!
