I need to add some good nutrients to my weak diet will you help me out?
I’m training so all I’ve been eating for three weeks is seafood and other meats products and literaly that’s it. I want to add good nutrients back into my diet now. I never liked grains or ate them so please avoid recommending them.
I’ve also noticed my eyes feel swollen and im fatigued often. What vitamin am I lacking that could cause that?
Meat may have protein in it but ONLY eating meat if a really bad idea! try to eat fruits and veggies, they are SO important!
Go read the book "Skinny Bitch" it really stresses the importance of fruits and veggies.
Skinny Bitch is a great book but the authors are both vegan model/agent and nutritionist and they are against anyone who eats animals, just ignore that part because they probably have their bias’, no one is going to give up their meat! ( I mean I’m not going to!)
