what seafood is easy to cook without adding dairy product?
We cook fish daily here… we’re on the beach !! And we rarely have ANY diary since milk-cows are very expensive.
We dice tomatoes, onions, peppers, and cilantro to make something similar to salsa… fry up the fish in a little oil, and top with the salsa.
I also like to steam fish with a dash of soy-sauce, rice-vinegar, some scallions and red-peppers (whole).
There’s also simple garlic and olive oil, white wine ?
Shrimp, scallops, fish filets, squid, crab

I made curried scallops with zucchini and my 4-year-old and husband both loved them!
I bought 1lb frozen scallops, thawed overnight. Rinse them and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Pour 1 tablespoon olive oil in skillet and saute on each side for 4 minutes. Set aside. Dice zucchini and put in skillet with olive oil and minced garlic. After about 5 minutes, put scallops back in pan and toss. cook 2 more minutes and serve!
