What To Get:

Quarter cup of low fat mayo
Two Tbsp of minced celery
Two tsp of fresh cilantro (minced)
Salt and pepper to taste
One tsp of olive oil
Can of cooking spray
One and a half lbs of sea scallops
Quarter cup of Italian breadcrumbs
Four lime wedges

What To Do:

Starting off you will need to mix together the first four (counting salt and pepper as one) ingredients. Set these aside for your sauce. Then heat oil in a large skillet (make sure to coat with cooking spray) over a med-high heat. Drag the scallops through the breadcrumbs and add them to the pan. Let the scallops cook about four minutes. Turn your scallops and allow to cook for about another three minutes or obviously until they are done.

What To Get:

A nine oz pack of fresh linguine
Two Tbsp of olive oil
One and one half tsp of minced garlic
Three, six & a half oz cans undrained chopped clams
One cup of vegetable broth
Quarter cup of a dry white wine
Quarter tsp of crushed red pepper
One cup of frozen green peas
Half cup of shredded Parmesan
Two Tbsp of freshly chopped basil

What To Do:

 First cook the pasta according to package directions. Then drain and keep warm.
Now, heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over a med-high heat. Next add the garlic to the pan and sauté it for about one minute. Then drain your clams. Reserve the clams and about a half cup of the juice. Add the reserved clam juice, wine, broth, and the red pepper to your pan. Bring it all to a boil. Then reduce your heat and let it simmer for about five minutes. Make sure you are stirring occasionally. Then you will add the clams and the peas to the pan. Cooking them for two minutes or until heated through. Add the pasta to the pan. Toss everything well. Sprinkle with the cheese and basil. Then serve and enjoy!

What To Do:

Preheat the oven to 350°.
Put your first nine ingredients in food processor and pulse them until coarsely ground. Then, divide your mixture into six portions of equal size. Shape them into patties. Now heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over a med-high heat. Place in patties and cook them for two minutes on both sides. Turn patties over again and wrap the handle of your pan with foil. Place it in the oven and bake at 350° F for about five minutes or until the fish flakes easily. Serve and enjoy!

Two Tbsp of flour
Two Tbsp of paprika
One Tbsp of onion powder
One tsp of garlic powder

Fourth is to add the flour, make sure to stir in with a whisk. Then, stir in the carrot mixture and your shrimp into broth mixture. Cover this and simmer for five minutes.
