Crab Stuffed Crescent Roll Recipe
3/ 4cup of cooked crab meat
1 (3-oz.) pkg of softened cream cheese
1/4 tsp of garlic salt
2 Tbsp of sliced green onions
2 (8-oz.) cans Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
1 Tbsp of water
1 egg yolk
1 (9-oz.) jar of sweet-and-sour sauce (optional)
1 tsp of sesame seeds (optional)
First, Pre-heat your oven to 375°F. Then, get a large cookie sheet and spray it with a nonstick cooking spray. Now take a small bowl and mix together the onions, garlic salt, cream cheese and crab meat. Next you’ll need to open both cans of dough and unroll them. After that, separate the dough into 16 different triangles. You’ll then cut each triangle lengthwise in half (this makes 32 triangles).
Get a teaspoon and put one scoop of your crab mix on the center of each of the triangles. Fold the short ends of each triangle over the mixture. Make sure to pinch the sides to make sure it seals. Roll up your dough and place them on your cookie sheet. In a separate small bowl, you’ll then combine together the water and egg yolk. Now, brush the egg mix over the rolls and if so desired, sprinkle on the sesame seeds. You can dump any remaining egg mixture.
Bake at 375°F. for about 15-20 mins till they are golden brown in color. You may serve them with sweet-and-sour sauce if desired.
