What You Will Need:
One of lump crab meat
Two slices of bread with the crusts removed, crumbled
One beaten egg
Two Tablespoons of mayo
One teaspoon of a seafood seasoning
One teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
One teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
One Tablespoon of freshly chopped cilantro
Two teaspoons of lemon juice
Butter or extra virgin olive oil
What You Will Need To Do:
Take all of the ingredients, excluding the lump crab meat, and mix them together in a med sized bowl. Then, gently fold in your lump crab meat and chill it for about one hour. After it chills, form the mix into three ounce cakes.
Next, drizzle about one Tablespoon of olive oil or one Tablespoon of butter on the bottom of a medium sized skillet. Then saute’ your crab cakes over a medium heat for about two to three minutes on each side. Make sure to add more olive oil or butter as you need it.
