Nourish has such a lush sound too it. It's great. The word that popped into my head immediately for this year for myself is create. Create because I'm busy in the planning stages of an album. Create because I'm writing 32 songs over 32 days around February (and encouraging 32 other songwriters to write a song each. Create because I'm busy hand-drawing covers for albums. Create because I'm actively in the process of creating so many of things I've been working towards for years. That said, they'll need to be some nourishing as well. No creation without the proper nourishment.

Wow what an amazing site SD. I stumbled onto it and I'm just captivated with all the amazing recipes you have on here. I've already tried the cocktail buns and egg tart recipes with great success – thank you for the step by step recipes and the great photos (those really help). For this receipe what is soft icing mixture? I live in Canada and I don't think we have anything like that except for pre-made icing. Is there a substitute for the mixture?
Little known secret: Between 10:30 am and about 1 pm on weekends, Cocotte has a freaking *to go window* for breakfasty foods. Toast w/jam, eggs cooked to order, yogurt with granola, some other yummy stuff. I had the toast with jam and two eggs (scrambled) and my grand total was $4. Kick ass. It was a good breakfast, too. The bread was rustic, the jam devine, and my eggs were a perfect soft scramble with just the right touch of herbs.

Just finished #restaurant #consulting and #training for the another 5 star hotel. (The Wyndham Grand Hotel in Panama City, Panama.) Wow!

Once again thanks for the great chettinad recipes. It is wonderful to see other great recipes as well. Would it be possible for contributors to specify a little bit of their chettinad ancestory like for instance which region they come from which further helps us to appreciate this great cuisine. This helps those of us who wish to view the authors recipes ,identify it apart from among the contributed recipes.
I notice that there are a lot of chinese influenced recipes . My small suggestion is whether those could be linked seperately from the chettinad cooking recipes. When different cuisines intermingle and the database of recipes become bigger it is difficult for readers to browse and get to the chetiinad gems.
