Trying to eat healthy,but i dont like seafood/beef products and good chicken recipes out there to cook?


I dont like any Seafood,but i do eat some beef products,i mainly wanna lose weight,but still eat the things i like. I mainly eat chicken,so im thinking of different ways to cook it :) .

cook chicken by grilling, baking or frying in teflon frying pan, (which require practcally no oil) to avoid addition excess fat while cooking and also burn excess fat present in the chicken. also trim excess fat before cooking, which is easy.
