How should go about eating seafood again after being a vegetarian?
ive been a vegetarian for a year now. i dont want to start eating all meat again, just seafood and i dont want to get sick. so i was curious of how i should go about weening myself back into eating seafood again, and if it is as hard as weening yourself back into eating meats again?
Why would you want to do that? What’s the difference between a fish and a cow? Or a crab and cat?

Eat small amounts, try mild and low fat ones, try canned fish like tuna and salmon, before you go back to fresh and there to I would eat milder fish, like sole, salmon, haddock and halibut, poached or baked.

What’s really a shame is the fact that people try to guilt you out of making you own choices regarding your diet.
Not everyone is a vegan for animal rights issues……funny cause the majority of fertilizers are made of remains of euthanized animals…..I guess where the 90% of animals PETA took in and put down went…to fight "the cause"…
Just wat small amounts at first ….You’ll tummy will tell you if it’s to much.
