    Blah, blah, blah, …
Blah, blah, blah, what a bunch of BS. I usually eat fish EVERY DAY, I love it. The risks of elevated mercury from eating fish are hypothetical. The pros of fish, especially fatty fish with high omega 3, clearly outweigh the HYPOTHETICAL risks. Omega three is so good for the brain, joints, vasculature, heart and a lot of other stuff. Americans are now afraid to eat it because of the Vegan creeps. Too many Americans have become Sheeple. Remember all of the crap advice of the past from EXPERTS!

    Many marine animals …
Many marine animals at the top like polar bears and seals are handled like toxic waste when they are found dead because they are so contaminated.

  • PhotoNika says:

    Their digestive …
Their digestive organs tend to concentrate the mercury so try not to eat the “tommale” or green stuff (some people love that stuff) I think bottom dewellers may pick up organophosphates more (like PCBs) tho they will get the mercury from their prey (because they are carnivorous and eat various animals along the food chain)
Big fish like tuna are seriously contaminated because they are at the top of the food chain and live a long time so they have time to store a lot of mercury.

It’s good to see someone acknowledging Mercury at it’s toxic levels in our food supply. Mercury is not only found in food but also VACCINES. Autism is caused by Mercury in Vaccines. Please be informed before you eat or vaccinate!

It’s great that people will learn about this issue and can take action. Another way to protect yourself from mercury is to estimate your exposure at http://GotMercury.Org that provides a mercury-in-seafood calculator. Using FDA mercury averages for fish, you can use the EPA calculations of how much fish is safe for you to eat in a week.

    The oceans …
The oceans ecosystem are what keeps this whole “life on earth”-thing going. And if we wait a few years longer to deal with the main problem, we won’t have to worry about mercury any more…

    Cool Movie. But one …
Cool Movie. But one thing really bothers me: There’s a lot of talking about warning the customers about these dangers an such – but not a word about the real problem: The problem that we pollute the oceans with heavy metals.
We definitly know that the heavy metal pollution is way worse for the ecosystem of the oceans than it is for us. So I would like to see that at least to be mentioned with a few sentences. This and the fact that we really have to do something about this problem.
