Will I be sick if I start eating seafood?

I’ve been lacto-ovo vegetarian for 2 years, after being vegan for 1. For personal reasons, I’ve decided to reintroduce seafood into my diet. I know that it is difficult for vegans and vegetarians to digest enzymes in meat after a while, but is it the same with seafood? If so, what’s the best way to ease back into eating seafood?

It will probably upset your stomach a bit. I ate a hamburger after being a vegetarian for 5 year and i didn’t throw up or anything. I would start of with just a few bites and work your way up every time you eat fish. And if you just want to go for it take some tums right after you eat, if your worried about that. I normally have a very sensitive stomach and didn’t feel to bad after I ate it, so if you don’t get stomach aces very often you should be fine.
